Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to understand economic life, the economic processes surrounding individuals and society, to give an overview.
Course Content: In this course, the introduction of economic activity, the sides of economic event, their behavior, the maximization of benefits and profits, the formation and calculation of national income, money and functions, etc, current issues of economic growth and economy will be seen.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to examine problems with scientific methods and to provide effective solution suggestions.
2) Ability to communicate his/her thoughts and suggestions for solutions to problems in writing and verbally.
3) To be able to offer solutions to the problems of the country with what they have learned in the field of economic policy.
4) To be able to work as an individual who can follow the agenda in the public sector and private sector and continuously develop himself
5) To be able to see job opportunities in the economy and to apply them correctly.
6) To be able to grow up as a democratic individual who respects human rights and to act by considering the general well-being of society in its approach to economic problems.
7) Ability to put theoretical knowledge into practice and share it with other people.
