Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: To learn the basic concepts, theories, approaches, and functions of management science and to understand the roles, responsibilities, and qualifications of managers and employees.
Course Content: Basic concepts and definitions related to management, classical, neo-classical and modern management theories, functions of management, management processes, manager characteristics
