Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: Starting from the ground of a building, foundation, walls, floors, stairs, etc. Considering the building elements, constructing the components from rough construction to fine construction and solving the problems
Course Content: Structural definitions, concepts, building classification, building loads and ground transmission principles, ground types, examination methods, excavations, masonry and skeleton building foundation systems, walls and wall cavities, arches, vaults, domes, floors, stairs.

1) Learning structural definitions, concepts, and classification of structures
2) Starting from the ground of different building types, foundations, walls, floors, stairs, etc. Learning building elements and details
3) To gain the ability to construct the components of different building types, from rough construction to fine construction.
4) Gain the ability to understand the principles and standards regarding the production, use and application of building materials and components
5) Gain the ability to construct mixed product building elements
