Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: Examines the application of psychology in organizations and the business environment. Subjects such as employee psychology, performance evaluation, motivation and job satisfaction, organizational behavior, leadership and management are in the field of examination.
Course Content: Contents of the course include the subjects such as industry and organization concepts, job analysis, personnel selection, job adaptation, job training, performance measurement, reporting, dismissal and downsizing, business expansion, growth and change, motivation and leadership.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Can learn the theories and principles underlying organizational behavior in different organizations and industries.
2) May have the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge on subjects such as job analysis, evaluating, selecting and training employees
3) Knows how to apply and compare psychological tests in different organizations and industries.
4) May have information about performance evaluation.
5) Can research the issues of job satisfaction, job interest, and organizational commitment.
