Course Objectives: |
Examines the application of psychology in organizations and the business environment. Subjects such as employee psychology, performance evaluation, motivation and job satisfaction, organizational behavior, leadership and management are in the field of examination. |
Course Content: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as industry and organization concepts, job analysis, personnel selection, job adaptation, job training, performance measurement, reporting, dismissal and downsizing, business expansion, growth and change, motivation and leadership. |
