Course Objectives: | The aim of the course is to define the basic biomolecules in our body and to provide detailed information about their properties. |
Course Content: | This course is an introduction to biochemistry water, acid base and buffer Solutions, amino acids, structure and functions of proteins, enzymes, structure of carbohydrates and Functions, structure and functions of lipids, vitamins. |
