Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to teach concepts in the field of occupational health and safety, occupational health and safety practices in the workplace, occupational accidents, occupational diseases risk, danger, primary, secondary and tertiary protection concepts, biological, chemical, physical and psychosocial risk factors.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Ability to follow resources containing basic and current information about worker nutrition
2) Being able to have knowledge about concepts in the field of occupational health and safety, occupational health and safety practices in the workplace, occupational accidents, occupational diseases risk, danger, primary, secondary and tertiary protection concepts, biological, chemical, physical and psychosocial risk factors.
3) Ability to organize nutrition programs in terms of occupational and worker safety
