Course Purpose and Content
| Course Objectives: | This course aims to teach students how to prepare a scholarly research project on a topic related to translation. Within the scope of this course, students will be required to follow a translation methodology and conduct research under the guidance of a supervisor. |
| Course Content: | This course consists of discussion, analysis and synthesis of information in research context, methods of citing such as quoting, paraphrasing and summarising as well as the APA format. |

1) Recognize the importance of precise and clear language, appropriate sentence construction in writing research papers 2) Evaluate evidence in research for accuracy, reliability, relevance, and sufficiency 3) Use in-text and end-text citations 4) Write a complete and detailed academic research paper including proper style, organization, format, language, argumentation and reasoning 5) Use the library appropriately and properly |
