Course Objectives: | To improve students' team building skills and to provide students with the ability and perspective to understand and interpret concepts and studies related to leadership and analyze leaders. |
Course Content: | Teamwork and human relations, basic factors of teamwork, managerial principles of teamwork, motivation in teamwork, reward in teamwork, leadership in management, leadership theories, leadership and change, leadership and performance evaluation, leadership and ethics |
