| Course Objectives: | The main objective of the course is to provide students with the skills to recognize and manage potential risks in the business environment and to provide them with information about various risk assessment methodologies. |
| Course Content: | Risk identification, risk perception and risk management principles are examined together with risk assessment methodologies. It examines both qualitative and quantitative risk assessment techniques including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), ETA (Event Tree Analysis), PHA (Preliminary Hazard Analysis), HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study), L and X type risk matrices and the Butterfly model. |
