When students graduated from this program they will investigate individuals’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes in scientific perspective and to have general information about psychology theories; have main application skills regarding applied psychology; figure out, determine, formulate, and develop problem solving skills regarding individuals’ cognitive, emotional, and behavioral processes and problems; determine individuals’ problems faced in their developmental stages, to develop problem solving skills for these problems, and to have information about consultation when needed; have information regarding measurement and evaluation tools that are used in different subbranches of psychology; have basic level of information and skills regarding observation and interview techniques; have professional and ethical responsibility information and awareness; have skills to conduct independent research using appropriate qualitative and quantitative accumulation of knowledge in psychology; have a skill regarding data collection, analysis, interpretation and report; have awareness regarding empathy, interpersonal sensitivity, individual and social processes and problems; determine factors that affect psychological well-being in industrial and organizational structures; and share acquired information related to psychology with different individuals and institutions and inform them. |
