| Students can apply for exemption from the courses they have taken and succeeded in higher education institutions or an institution with recognized equivalency. Exemption requests, if necessary, are decided by the faculty board of directors, taking the opinion of the instructor teaching the relevant course. Students are admitted to the Faculty of Medicine according to the principles determined by the Council of Higher Education. Only full-time students are accepted to the Faculty of Medicine. Part-time and listener students are not accepted. For those who want to transfer from another medical faculty to the Faculty of Medicine, to be able to register the Faculty; There is an open place in the class to be transferred, they must have passed the English proficiency exam of the University, the Student Placement Examination (ÖYS) scores of the year they take the exam are not lower than the base score of the Faculty of Medicine for that year and their status must be under the principles determined by the Council of Higher Education. To transfer to classes taught in English, the candidate must have come from a medical school that teaches in English. |
