Course Objectives: |
This course aims to enable the recognition of problems in patients with cardiovascular and respiratory problems, assessment of patients with appropriate evaluation methods, cardiac rehabilitation approaches, respiratory physiotherapy approaches, selection of rehabilitation applications, and planning and implementation of appropriate treatment programs for patients. |
Course Content: |
This course covers anatomy and physiology of the respiratory system in children and adults, pathophysiology of respiratory and circulatory system diseases, functional diagnosis of movement disorders caused by heart and respiratory dysfunction, physiotherapy in obstructive and restrictive lung conditions, and physiotherapy techniques used in secretion clearance, including hydration, humidification, mobilization, breathing exercises, postural drainage, and manual techniques. |
