Course Objectives: | The aim of the course, the development of the nursing profession, the basic concepts in the nursing profession (human / individual, health / disease, nurse / nursing, society / environment); nursing care is to examine the steps. |
Course Content: | Hemşirelik tarihi, hemşirelikte temel kavramlar (insan, çevre, sağlık/hastalık, hemşirelik), hemşirenin rolleri, hemşirelik süreci, hemşireliğin önemi, karar verme, sorun çözme, eleştirel düşünme konularını içermektedir. |
The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To be able to explain the history and development of nursing in the world and in Turkey. 2) To be able to define basic concepts such as human, health / disease, environment, nursing. 3) To be able to explain the importance of the concept of care for the nursing profession. 4) To be able to explain nursing models / theories and their importance. 5) To be able to comprehend the importance of addressing the physical, social and emotional dimensions of the individual's environment. 6) To be able to define problem solving and decision making processes. 7) To be able to explain the professional standards of nursing practice. 8) To be able to define the roles of the nurse. 9) To be able to plan nursing care using the nursing process. 10) To be able to comprehend the place and importance of nursing profession in society. |
