Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: Scientifically and systematically examine and understand human behavior within the organizational structure (system), and investigate the effects of the results of these behaviors on organizations.
Course Content: Scientific foundations of organizational behavior, individual and personality in the organization, attitudes and job satisfaction, leadership, conflict management, organizational structure, organizational culture, motivation, organizational stress.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Understands the basis and justification of individuals' behavior within the organization.
2) Able to analyze basic issues to increase the performance of the organization and employees.
3) Able to provide solutions to problems encountered during the execution of organizational activities.
