Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives:  This course aims to familiarize students with note-taking techniques needed for the upcoming interpreting courses.  The course
also aims to improve students' note-taking skills with in-class practices.
Course Content: This course consists of Rozan note-taking techniques, original speeches on current affairs as well as visual and audio materials.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Acquire the fundamental skills of note-taking
2) Improve memory and retention skills
3) Detect important points in given talks
4) Reproduce speech by evaluating the notes taken
