Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: Teaching human behavior, personality and interpersonal relationships.
Course Content: This lesson; It includes Basic Concepts Related to Communication, Characteristics of the Communication Process, Types of Communication, Obstacles in Communication, Communication and Conflict, Speaking and Listening, Culture and Communication, Communication Models, Group Communication, Organizational Communication, Persuasive Communication, Non-Verbal Communication, Body Language.
