Course Purpose and Content
| Course Objectives: | The course aims to learn the environmental impact on health, understand the environmental problems brought by population growth and development, and learn how to evaluate them with an employee health approach. |
| Course Content: | Environmental Health Concept and Determinants of Health, Environmental ecology and health, Air, water, noise, radiation, soil pollution, Waste types and urban solid waste management, Medical and hazardous waste control, Climatology and indoor air quality, Dentistry wastes (mercury, amalgam, lead) and its management, 4Rs in environmentally friendly dentistry, Environmentally friendly dental practices, Environmental Health in the World and in Turkey; includes topics. |
