Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: In this course, students are expected to undertake simple mechanical system applications. They are required to learn where to procure the necessary services for machine manufacturing and their approximate costs. The aim is to understand the steps required for the complete manufacturing process of a machine, such as a plastic grinder, hot press, extrusion, or plastic injection machine, from A to Z.
Course Content: Aluminum and Steel Profiles
Industrial Parts Manufactured from Profiles
Chassis Strength – Modeling and Experimental Applications
Use of Electric Motors and Gearboxes in Moving Systems
Plastic Materials
Processing of Plastics
Production of Hot Press, Plastic Shredder, Extruder, or Plastic Injection Devices
