Course Objectives: | Our students: - To be informed about the fundamental human rights and freedoms defined in national and international legal texts, including the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey and the European Convention on Human Rights. - Increasing human rights awareness, thought and awareness levels - Gain an ethical perspective from a human rights perspective - Ensuring that they practice the medical profession in accordance with the law and respect for human rights. |
Course Content: | - Basic concepts of law and human rights law - Historical origin and general theory of human rights - Fundamental rights and freedoms which had been regulated in the European Convention on Human Rights and the Constitution of the Republic of Türkiye regulated and their limitation regime - Administrative and judicial applications regarding human rights, in this context, especially individual applications to the Constitutional Court and the European Court of Human Rights |
