Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: Representing the steps which have to be necessary to follow beginning with the decision of enterprise until the stages of active production
Course Content: The scope of the factory organization works/ market analysis/ storage / stocking/production capacity assignment/number of machine assignment / number of laborer assignment/salary assignment/ manufacturing methods/work study/location plan/ quality control organization/ profitability accounts/ investment project analysis.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Can learn the necessary information about the establishment of the factory.
2) Gains the ability to evaluate the operation of businesses from a broad perspective.
3) Can learn how important the feasibility study is for businesses and use this information in business life.
4) Can interpret the basic research topics required for factory establishment and management in a practical way.
5) Can learn and apply the necessary calculations for feasibility.
