In order to be able to study in ISTUN undergraduate programs, it is necessary to pass the exam given by the Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and not to be registered in another formal higher education program. For students to be accepted from abroad, the provisions of the YTU Directive on Application and Registration of Students to be Admitted from Abroad are applied. Students who qualify for undergraduate programs in which at least 30% are taught in English take the English Proficiency Exam (İYS). İYS and preparatory education are carried out in accordance with the ISTUN School of Foreign Languages (YDYO) Teaching and Examination Directive and other legislation, excluding the English Language Teaching Program of the Faculty of Education, Department of Foreign Languages Education.
