Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: 1. to provide students with laboratory and practical experience on the failure of basic mechanical engineering and engineering design, 2. to provide students with the opportunity and experience of choosing experiments for engineering systems, performing external analysis and data evaluation, 3. gaining the ability to use contemporary engineering tools in experimental data evaluation. 4. To increase the provision of care, 5. To gain safe working experience in terms of health, occupational safety and environment in the laboratory environment.
Course Content: System experiments on basic topics of mechanical engineering. To conduct, evaluate and present in writing experiments covering materials, thermodynamics, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, thermal systems, hydraulic systems, automotive, mechanical vibrations and acoustics, control, manufacturing and strength.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) You will learn how to compare a system mathematical model with an experiment.
2) Will be able to create a draft of an experimental setup.
3) Will be able to design and implement experiments.
4) Will be able to perform parametric analysis in experimental analysis.
