*To train "Dietitian" who follows, researches and applies the developments in the science of nutrition and dietetics. Within the scope of the Nutrition and Dietetics training program, to train dietitians who have gained professional knowledge and skills, follow scientific developments, have a sense of professional ethics and responsibility, and can adapt to individual and/or team work.
The objectives of the department; To train graduates specialized in nutritional sciences and dietetics, to be a department that provides research and development services, is recognized, appreciated and preferred in national and international platforms with its scientific studies and consultancy. In addition, it is to make social studies and publications as a part of preventive and therapeutic health services and to be a reference in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
