| Molecular Biology and Genetics undergraduate program includes a 4-year education program. In the first year of the program, there are basic science and engineering courses (such as Basic Molecular Biology, Physics, General Chemistry, Mathematics). In the second and third years, there are compulsory and elect select courses in molecular biology and genetics. International standards are considered in the distribution of courses in the undergraduate program. All courses in the fourth year are elective courses. Graduates of the Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics receive a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology and Genetics and the title of "Biologist". Graduates of the molecular biology and genetics department are entitled to master’s and Doctorate in molecular biology and genetics at the relevant institutes of domestic and international universities. The aim of the program is to train expert molecular biologists who have understood current knowledge and techniques in the field of "Molecular Biology and Genetics", who have research experience, who can produce permanent solutions to current problems using the knowledge in the field and who will serve different sectors. |
