Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: To teach students the management process in businesses. To enable them to perceive management models, principles and principles of management.
Course Content: People and organizations, Personal differences and diversity, Organizational development, culture and change, perception and communication, work motivation and job satisfaction, work groups and teams, organizational structure and design, role and nature of management, organizational strategy, ethics and responsibilities, organizational control and power, leadership in organizations, quality control in organizations, organizational theory and design, communication in organizations.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To understand the basic concepts of management and organization.
2) To have knowledge about management types, manager characteristics and responsibilities, basics of decision making and planning.
3) To have knowledge about types of organizations, horizontal and vertical organizations, superior-subordinate relationships.
