Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: This course aims to provide the student with knowledge and the ability to practice health promotion and protection, early diagnosis, treatment and care of diseases, education of the patient and family, and rehabilitation.
Course Content: Basic Concepts in Internal Medicine Nursing, Fluid-Electrolyte and Acid-Base Imbalance, Pain and Painful Patient Care, Palliative Care, Cardiovascular Diseases and Nursing Care, Urinary System Diseases and Nursing Care, Blood Diseases and Nursing Care, Respiratory System Diseases and Nursing Care, Neoplastic Diseases and Nursing Care, Metabolism and Endocrine System Diseases and Nursing Care, Digestive System Diseases and Nursing Care, Nervous System Diseases and Nursing Care, Joint-Connective Tissue Diseases and Nursing Care, Immunological Diseases and Nursing Care, Old Age and Elderly Patient Care
