Course Purpose and Content

Course Objectives: To provide the individual who learns the basic concepts of health and its protection and promotion with the necessary knowledge and skills to improve family and community health. To educate students who know the concept of individual, family and community health protection and promotion and the affecting factors, behavior-specific health protection and promotion models and solution strategies.
Course Content: This course covers the basic concepts of health promotion, health and disease, health risks, general and personal hygiene, healthy nutrition, physical activity and health promotion, mental health promotion and stress management, smoking, alcohol and substance addiction, environmental health, creating a healthy and safe environment. includes factors.
