Course Objectives: |
It is aimed to define the basic concepts related to health and the conditions affecting health, to define the roles of health professionals in planning and directing services to protect and improve health, and to teach preventive physiotherapy services. |
Course Content: |
The subjects of the course are the concept of health, methods and legislation related to health protection, services of the physiotherapy profession in the field of preventive health, examination of the causes of injury, primary prevention methods, secondary protection methods, tertiary protection methods, evidence-based preventive physiotherapy, risk factors in different age groups, joint protection techniques. . |
