Dersin Amacı: Besin, beslenme ve diyetetik konularında seminer hazırlamayı ve sunmayı öğretmek.

Öğrenme Kazanımları

Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayabilen öğrenciler;
1) Besin, beslenme ve diyetetik konularında seminer hazırlamayı öğrenebilme.
2) Beslenme ve diyetetik alanındaki güncel konuları araştırarak bunları bir rapor halinde hazırlayabilme ve sunabilme.
3) Güncel literatürü takip etmeyi öğrenebilme.
4) Güncel bilgileri aldığı eğitime ilişkilendirebilme.
5) Sunum becerisi geliştirebilme.
6) Literatürdeki çalışmaları yorumlayarak eleştirel beceri kazabilme.
